Hey there, I’m Amaris Mitchell! Throughout my many years of fitness training, I’ve taught and supported many women in their health & fitness journeys!

I’m an impactful instructor that keeps it real and I’ve made it my personal mission to help as many women as possible to reach a level of peace and confidence while also accomplishing fitness goals. Using my services, women in the triad area have been able to explore a unique approach to being active and enjoy the benefits of pole dancing.

My services are flexible so you can choose which available day/time works for you. You’ll learn the fundamental pole moves to jumpstart your pole library through regular lessons. Your training is customized to tailor to you so you’ll always be challenged to progress.

My services include warm-ups, conditioning, and cool downs so you get the most of your experience.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or have already taken a few twirls , my services can help you reach your next pole goals and tap into the confidence you’ve earned.
